THE COPPERBELT’S LEADING MINING AND ENERGY BUSINESS EVENT

The 12th edition of the Zambia International Mining & Energy Conference ( ZIMEC 2025) will take place at the Garden Court Hotel, Kitwe from 19-20 March 2025.

The event will be organized by AME Trade Ltd with the support of the Ministry of Mines and Mineral Development, Ministry of Energy,  Zambia, and AZMEC (Association of Zambian Mineral Exploration Companies).

The 12th edition will be held under the theme “Promoting Equitable Investment Partnerships, Intra-Regional Mineral Value Chains & Renewable Energy to Catalyse Zambia’s Sustainable Economic Growth “.

The 11th edition of was officially inaugurated by the Honourable Minister of Mines & Mineral Development.

ZIMEC 2023 gathered over 500 attendees from 20 countries, consisting of 21 sponsors, and featured more than 50 exhibition stands. The high-level audience demonstrated the importance of the event and its impact on the Zambia mining and energy sectors.
