SUPERIOR EXPANDS TURNKEY PROJECT EXPERTISE WITH KRISTIN SWEENEY

Morris, Minn. – Superior Industries, Inc., a US-based manufacturer and global supplier of bulk material processing and handling systems, announces the addition of Kristin Sweeney as Director of Sales for the company’s turnkey plant Construction Management division.

With more than 18 years of experience in aggregates—including a diversity of roles in engineering, operations, and sales—Kristin brings a proven ability to align technical expertise with producer priorities. She has held leadership roles at US Aggregates, Oldcastle, and CRH, where she directed operations, managed multimillion-dollar projects, and built strong relationships across the industry.

“Kristin has walked in the boots of our customers,” said Jason Adams, President of Superior Industries. “Her unique blend of operations, engineering, and sales experience means producers gain a partner who understands their challenges and can deliver projects that perform reliably.”

With Kristin’s addition, Superior’s Construction Management group continues to expand its ability to deliver turnkey solutions for dry bulk producers and material handlers. The team oversees every stage of complex projects, from initial design and engineering through fabrication, construction, and startup. By aligning these phases under one roof—including manufacturing of the products being put to work—Superior reduces handoffs, accelerates timelines, and provides a single accountable partner.
