AECI’s exhibition will feature innovations from its three core divisions.

 

The AECI Mining Explosives division is showcasing its groundbreaking S300 Volcano technology, designed for extreme mining environments. This technology effectively addresses the unique challenges of operating on live volcanic terrain.

 

The company’s latest X2technology sets a new standard in high-temperature mining environments. Engineered for reliability and precision, this booster is suitable for blast holes with diameters greater than 89mm and can withstand temperatures up to 200°C.

 

AECI will also present its record-breaking 980m Emulsion Vertical Drop System, which has revolutionised underground mining efficiency while reducing environmental impact. The new IntelliShot® X electronic detonator demonstrates AECI’s commitment to enhanced safety and precision in blasting operations. The Mobile Charging Unit (MCU) will also be displayed, showcasing real-time operational capabilities and advanced underground blasting technology.

 

The AECI Mining Chemicals division will highlight its Sengen 900 series of advanced flotation reagents, specifically engineered as a cost-effective solution for complex ore environments. These innovations optimise mineral recovery while prioritising water conservation and emissions reduction, addressing critical sustainability challenges in the mining sector.

 

Finally, the AECI Water business’s innovations focus on integrated water management solutions to mining operations water management systems, environmental compliance, and supporting mining operations’ long-term sustainability goals.
