Bradman Lake Group to Showcase Top-Load Carton Forming and Closing Solution at PPMA Show 2026

Bradman Lake, a global leader in integrated packaging technology, will showcase its well-established carton forming and closing solution at PPMA Show 2026, taking place at the NEC Birmingham from 22 to 24 September. Visitors can meet the team at Stand C100, Hall 5, where the company will be demonstrating the HS Double Head Lock Former and IL120 Carton Closer.

Designed to deliver high-speed, reliable carton and tray erection, the HS Double Head Lock Former combines performance with flexibility. Suitable for a wide range of carton and tray formats, the machine is ideal for applications across the bakery, confectionery, chilled and frozen food, healthcare, and consumer goods sectors.

Complementing the former is the IL120 Carton Closer, a robust and efficient solution for carton closing and sealing. Incorporating Bradman Lake’s proprietary Flexible Carton Control (FCC) technology, the machine can reliably close cartons containing products that protrude above the carton base, significantly reducing the risk of jams. Fast, tool-free changeovers further enhance operational efficiency, making the IL120 particularly well suited to manufacturers running multiple carton sizes and formats.

From Process to Pallet: Experience Complete Line Integration

Alongside the live machinery demonstration, visitors to Stand C100 will be able to view exclusive video presentations showcasing Bradman Lake’s comprehensive packaging capabilities. The demonstrations will highlight fully integrated packaging lines spanning flow wrapping, cartoning, case packing, tray packing, shrink wrapping, and palletising, illustrating how the company’s technologies work together to deliver seamless, end-to-end packaging solutions from a single supplier.

With decades of expertise and thousands of installations worldwide, Bradman Lake continues to help manufacturers improve efficiency, enhance line performance, and meet evolving market demands through innovative packaging automation solutions.

The Bradman Lake team looks forward to welcoming visitors and demonstrating how its integrated technologies are helping to shape the future of automated packaging. Our packaging experts will also be on hand to discuss specific project requirements, share industry insights, and explore tailored solutions for any packaging challenge.
