Compflex was established in 2009 with the focus of supplying high-quality Stainless-Steel Bellows and Compensators to the industry at affordable rates. Our original product range was limited to Stainless Steel Bellows but in only a few years Compflex has broaden its product range to include all types of Expansion joints, Compensators, and Bellows with the addition of newly developed pipeline equipment and accessories.
All Compflex’s products are Designed, Manufactured, and Tested in house according to the latest design codes, welder qualifications and in house formulated product specific processes.
All product designs are done to benefit the client as far as possible by ensuring that each unit delivers the highest possible life cycle. Higher life cycles means that our products have an extended life expectancy that reduces the frequency of replacement which also results in a longer usage duration, reducing the total running cost of the plant.
All projects and orders are fully traceable with stringent quality hold and verification points found on all our Quality Control Plans “QCP’s”. A comprehensive data book which includes all relevant Quality systems, Designs and procedures are supplied on unit delivery.
