GHH Group is a total solution provider for Hardrock and Softrock Mining and Tunnelling Industries.

GHH Group comprises GHH Fahrzeuge (Germany), GHH Mining Machines (South Africa), Mine Master (Poland) and BAT Bergbau Services (Germany) including various strategic partner companies and dealers. GHH Group provides loaders, trucks, scalers, drills, bolters, long-hole production drill rigs, rock tools and ground consolidation resins. GHH has various partners, in geographical locations, that have ranges of products that all add to the “total solution provider” approach. Through deep cooperation with partner companies like Overprime (Peru), Titan (Turkey), UVB (Botswana) and Tembo (Netherlands), GHH Group has added a significant number of products to their portfolio including low profile utility vehicles, small narrow vein loaders, spray concrete units, general utility vehicles, passenger transporters, light cranes, scissor lifts, lifting platforms and ANFO loading trucks as well as light duty full electric vehicles. GHH Group not only provides new, used and rental equipment but they also provide aftermarket parts and service support through the entire life of the machine.

GHH is proud to have just launched their new LF-7 loader, which is fit for large narrow vein and smaller mass mining operations. It comes with the biggest bucket and the best power rating, for highest operating slope angles, in the seven tonnes payload class. All that combined in a super low emission, super compact package. With 7,000 kg payload in its 3.6 m3 bucket, the vehicle is only 8,900 mm long in driving position, 2,240 mm wide at the bucket and 2,200 mm high at the cab when loaded.

At approximately 18 tonnes operating weight, the LF-7 is powered by a 164 kW Cummings diesel, making it the best in class. It complies with Tier 3, 4 and EU Stage 5 emissions standards. It can cope with gradients of up to 28 percent and to reach speeds of up to 27 km/h. The cab is ROPS/FOPS certified and offers a high level of safety and ergonomics with comfortable t-back seat, low whole body vibration and noise levels, as well as ride control and great visibility. The LF-7 is also optionally fitted with GHH inSiTE, GHH’s digital analytics solution, where all relevant vehicle data can also be accessed and remotely evaluated. The real value of GHH InSiTE, in comparison with the similar systems on the market, lies not only in ensuring the integrity of the collected and managed data but maximizing the value add of the customized output reports for the customers. The LF-7 is also proximity detection, interface level 9 ready with optional bucket weighing, tyre pressure monitoring systems and radio remote control.

GHH Group is also proud to be able to offer Contract Mining as an offering in our portfolio of services we provide. Contract mining is „smart mining“: If a mine operator‘s looking to get streamlined procurement, communication and mine development operation, specialists like GHH are the perfect partner. In India, a key customer working with GHH is showing how this “Contract Mining” approach can speed up mining.

Through the dynamically changing mining world the norms we thought would be around for years to come are pushing us all to change the way we behave, the way we design and the way we mine. GHH is developing technologies and solutions to not only drive fit-for-purpose product offering but is also driving technology platforms and services to support this evolutionary change we see coming in mining.
