The Lobito Corridor: Building Resilient Mining Value Chains Through Integrated Power & Transport Corridors

The long-term resilience of the mining sector increasingly depends on how effectively energy systems, transport infrastructure and mining operations are developed together across regional corridors.

In collaboration with Mining Review Africa, Enlit Africa and ESI Africa, this upcoming webinar will explore the partnerships, infrastructure models and investment approaches needed to support reliable mining operations and unlock greater value across the copper–cobalt belt.

Taking place on 26 March 2026 at 13:00 SAST, the discussion will examine how strategic infrastructure corridors such as Lobito can support scalable solutions for energy and logistics; how hybrid power systems and regional electricity markets can improve operational reliability; and how coordinated infrastructure investment can strengthen long-term mining competitiveness.
